Accounts are customized based on the needs of our clients and are based on various factors such as cleaning frequency, volume of traffic, number of personnel per square feet, number of tasks performed, and budgets. Our cleaners all speak fluent English and are legal to work in the US.

SERVICE GUARANTEE our office confirms cleaning appointments for the week and at the same time asks if the cleaning person(s) are ensuring everything is being cleaned based on your contract. Additionally, each month a random inspection is performed on our cleaners to evaluate the quality of service being performed and we also schedule once a month an onsite inspection with our clients to determine if any service adjustments need to be arranged or if added services such as carpet or window cleaning should be added to the service schedule.

Security precautions are also taken such as:

• The same cleaner(s) is assigned to your account and the cleaner(s)
  names are provided to our clients.
• Building keys are tagged and checked in and out by the cleaner(s)
  serving your account. When keys are not in use, keys remain under lock and key in our office and only management has access to keys for distribution.
• Badges are non-transferrable.
• Cleaner(s) sign confidentiality agreements governing client privacy, business practices, which encompasses alarm code distribution.
